	Welcome to the Frequent-C-Flyers model airplane club. We are a group of local R/C flying enthusiasts and a chartered AMA club (#869). The purpose of our club is to promote interest in R/C Flying and to provide our members mutual support and a suitable flying site. Currently we fly at Thompson Air Park, located near Clearfield and Curwensville, in Glen Richey, PA. We welcome any flyers visiting our area to come and fly with us. Our only requirement is that you are a current AMA member. Spectators are welcome at any time. Feel free to relax and watch. During the summer evenings, you will often find our gate open and the planes in the air! Our members are always willing to answer any questions you might have regarding the sport of R/C Aviation. We have a designated flight instructor who will gladly provide help to beginners. Club membership is open to anyone with a current AMA license. Annual dues are presently set at $40. The public discussion forum has been shut down for the time being. It was not being used enough to make my efforts at fighting off spammer registrations worth while. All meeting announcements, flying field gatherings, etc., can be posted to our private (members only) email list for the fastest distribution to club members. Simply send your message to members@frequent-c-flyers.org. If you are not a club member, your message will be automatically discarded.
